Positive: It was really lovely - the bathroom facilities are great, beds were comfy, kitchen is perfect, deck is fabulous and the grounds of course are the draw card (the creek and wildlife were stunning). We were all alone, not another person in sight which was perfect. Such a great tiny home design, we loved it. Ken was a very responsive host, he even did a soap drop off for us which was great.
Negative: Noting this is a new listing, the following is with the caveat that this is new and so you learn along the way! A floor mat at the door(s) would be helpful as it was hard to keep feet clean when coming inside, and whilst I loved the view out all windows, a couple more blinds would be helpful to regulate the temperature (other option to put in some trees). But these are improvements that would make it a perfect 10, and it wasn't far off as is!
Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Ferncroft Farm tiny home, we can't wait to be back! Ken was a great host.
