Bright 3.5 room flat with balcony in the centre of the village. The holiday flat is located in an old Engainer house on the 1st floor. It was converted from the hay barn in the 1960s. 2 village shops are nearby. In winter there are well-prepared ski pistes and cross-country ski trails. In summer/autumn it is the starting point for beautiful hikes near the Swiss National Park. The furnishings are functional and conventional. Kitchen with dishwasher. In the basement there is a washing machine with coin-operated machine if required: sFr. 1.60 per wash. In the garden there is the possibility to hang up the laundry in summer/autumn and there is a tumble dryer. The car park is below the house. Zuoz is about 20-30 minutes away from St.Moritz and the Upper Engadine lake district of Sils/Silvaplana/Champfer/Maloja, where you can go surfing and sailing in summer.
