Das in herrlicher Lage auf 700 Meter Meereshöhe im Bischofsgrüner Ortsteil Wülfersreuth gelegene Ferienhaus Schwärzer (Fernsicht bis nach Thüringen) wurde Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts gebaut und mehrmals renoviert. In den 70er und 80er Jahren wurde das ehemalige landwirtschaftliche Anwesen mit drei Fremdenzimmern für "Ferien auf dem Bauernhof" genutzt. Nach einer Generalsanierung 2009/2010 erhielt das Haus Anfang 2011 eine neue "schwedische" Holzfassade. Das Haus wird ab vier Personen und nur als Ganzes vermietet. Es bietet Platz für 13 Personen, besitzt sechs Zimmer (vier Doppel-, ein Einzel- und ein Vierbettzimmer/Doppel plus Doppel im Annex), eine komplett ausgestattete große Küche mit allen wichtigen Elektrogeräten, einem großen Eichentisch und einem antiken Holzofen, ein Wohnzimmer mit großem Buchentisch, Jugendstil-Kachelofen und TV-Gerät, zwei Toiletten, drei Duschen (zwei im 1. Stock, eine im Erdgeschoss), diverse Nutzräume (Speisekammer, Waschküche, Vorratsraum) und ein großes Gartenhaus mit Sauna und Extra-Dusche - und hat WLAN. Es ist mit Holz- oder Laminatböden ausgestattet und für Allergiker geeignet. Es gibt zwei geräumige Terrassen (eine mit direktem Zugang von der Küche aus, eine windgeschützt und überdacht zum Garten hinter dem Haus hin). Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Blumen- und Nutzgarten, hinter dem Haus ein riesiger Rasengarten (3000 qm) mit Schaukel, Fußballtor und großer Feuerstelle (Lagerfeuer) - ein ideales Spielgelände für kleine und große Kinder.
