Summary: I asked for an accessible room, there were steps to climb to get into the room from the driveway and into the rooms. Additionally there were no grab handles to assist in the bathroom. Worst of all is the fact there was no heat in the room. After 2 phone calls a staff member finally arrived with a space heater, we ended up sleeping with our long underwear on beneath our pajamas. Also the phone in our room did not work . We have stayed here before and were happy to book this winter visit to Sarnia with Faulds. However, this appare tly was our last time staying with Faulds. We will look elsewhere for our visit this coming summer.
