The house features a thoughtfully laid out split floor plan, a brand new large Amish-made kitchen island crafted from 200 year old barn wood warms the room perfectly, brand new levolor blinds with remote controlled black out blinds in both bedrooms. The barn features an abundance of storage, a wash rack with cold/hot water, a climate controlled tack room with full bath, w/ d hookup and an adjoining garage for hay/tractor storage. Additionally, the property features 2 large run in sheds and 2 automatic waterers. The current owner has also recently installed new 6' x 3' pillars ready for your custom gate of choice.
