Pine Meadow Lodge boasts an exceptional Sunriver lodge atmosphere. Guests can expect to find everything they need to enjoy themselves day or night. Enjoy the SHARC during the day and at night throw a log on the fire and relax on the couch enjoying popcorn and a movie.
Others may choose to cap off an adventure-packed day by taking a dip in the hot tub under the stars in total privacy, and recharge for the next day. The tub is sunken for easy entry and exit and seats 6. The space includes a seating area so others can participate in the laughs and storytelling.
The layout is spacious and will accommodate multiple families. As you enter, you will find two bedrooms on the main floor, each with a King size bed along with a shared full bath. As you proceed down the hall, you will be welcomed with an open, fully stocked kitchen, overlooking the dining room with seating for 10+ and a double-sided stone fireplace that stretches through the vaulted ceiling.
Walk into the sunken living room with three couches to easily accommodate the entire group. Here you will enjoy time hanging out together and watching your favorite movies and shows on the 55” 4K smart TV with Blu-ray.
As you make your way upstairs, you'll be welcomed into the loft area that overlooks the dining and living rooms. This loft feature helps your friends and family feel together while simultaneously enjoying their own space. This room offers a comfortable sleeper sofa with a smart TV and PlayStation 4 with access to hundreds of games through PlayStation Now. You'll also find dozens of board games for the whole family.
Slightly down the hall is the double sink bathroom and shower. Proceed a little further and you're in the third bedroom with a twin over full bunk, queen bed and sleeper sofa. This room also offers a smart TV and XBOX 360 with many video games.
Your kids and young adults will simply love the second floor offering a variety of ways to unwind. In the hot summer, there is a window A/C in upstairs, back bedroom, and a free-standing A/C unit in loft to cool the house.
The outdoor rear deck provides a beautiful view of what we call the Pine Meadow. Here you may see deer, beautiful Silver Gray squirrels and the occasional porcupine running about. A large gas BBQ will accommodate all your outdoor cooking needs with outdoor seating for everyone.
To top it all off, the outdoor 6-person private sunken jacuzzi will allow you compete relaxation after a fun day of skiing or exploration.
This charming home is ideal for golf and ski groups, extended families, and multi-couples with kids. There is plenty of room to find your own corner to recharge or spend with the rest of the group.
Sunriver has three championship golf courses, 29 tennis courts, 40 miles of paved bicycle paths, two large swimming pools, riding stables, white-water rafting, canoeing, fishing in the famous Deschutes River, and so much more! Sunriver is located only 15 minutes from Mount Bachelor, one of the top ski destinations in America.
