You and your family will absolutely love this quiet suburb which has play equipment reserves, local cafes, BWS & Foodland only short strolls away.
Drive to the city in 7 minutes, or you can catch a train, bus or FREE tram!
You’re very close to Adelaide Oval & the Entertainment Centre, and you must checkout the most awarded Live Music Venue in Australia - The Gov
A 20 minute drive to the beach or hills will make this your new home from home, and a place you will return to over & over again..
You will have access to the whole house including Backyard/patio with fruit trees including lemon, limes , mandarins, passion fruit , nashi pears and apples. There is large upstairs balcony where you can sip a wine in the evening. It is a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to public transport and is close to local amenities and Historic North Adelaide

We can also offer shared access to the pool, gym and barbecue facilities at our other property in Walkerville which is a 15 minute drive away

Close to North Adelaide and the city. Easy access to the beach by train and Glenelg by tram. Adelaide Oval and Entertainment Centre are nearby. Great location if you are interested in the Adelaide Festival or Fringe Events or Womadelaide. A short stroll to Historic Elizabeth St Croydon cafes and Foodland supermarket, chemist, bakery and BWS
There is a car parking space in the driveway and free on street parking. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away, walking distance, 10 minutes to the train (which is only 2 stops from the city.) This also takes you to Grange Beach or Semaphore going away from the city.
The free to city tram is 15 minutes walk and leaves from the Entertainment Centre on Port Rd. This tram will also take you to Glenelg ( about $4) and goes to Adelaide Central Markets
- Just be considerate of our neighbours and don't be too noisy at night. We live in a quiet family neighbourhood and everyone is respectful of one another.
Please do not have parties and we ask that you just leave the house as you found it.
