The upper floor consists of a spacious and cosy Rooftop with a private Jacuzzi and outdoor lounge furniture, a full bathroom with shower, a Maid room if needed and offers breathtaking Ocean views.
Having a hot bubble bath in the Jacuzzi, while watching a breathtaking Yucatán sunset and enjoying a very cold cocktail will make you feel like the King of the world.
This unit has 2 assigned parking spots, labelled C4. Please do not par into other units'parking spots. This can be fined by the Admins, as per the Condo Rules.
**A NEW CONSTRUCTION SITE was started in March, 2023, about 500 metres South-West of this Complex. They have all the legal permits which allows them to work until 8PM, but not at the weekends. Sometimes there will be construction noises, which we cannot control or stop. Thank you for your understanding.**
