Our 4th floor ocean view unit, with island-style decor, is a privately owned, non-smoking, upgraded, well maintained one bedroom/one bath unit that has everything you could possibly want to make your stay a perfect one.

As homeowners of this condo unit since 1997, and another non-rented unit at Sugar Beach Resort since 1988, we take great pride in our rental property. I personally inspect our unit when I visit Maui about every 2-3 months and update, replace inventory or make necessary improvements during each trip. Our cleaner is outstanding. She knows the unit, as well as our expectations, so together we can assure you of its cleanliness, quality of furnishings and organization of contents.
