2200 sq. feet of adorable family townhome in safe friendly community. This home is right down the road from the famous Jerome & the well known old town wine tour with the Verde Wine Trail. Brewery fan?? The BEST brewery around is 0.8 miles away where the children can enjoy a beautiful park while you enjoy the patio. The beautiful red rocks of Sedona are only 20 miles away. We welcome your 4 legged children as well! This versatile floor plan is a comfortable home with extra space with a loft, play room, family room, living room and laundry room.
In the month's of June, July, August and September the Clarkdale park conveniently less then 1 mile down the road presents concerts in the park. 7-9pm 6/18, 7/9, 7/23, 8/6, 8/20, 9/10, 9/24.

Summary: Super clean and spacious property in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the supply of local coffee , basic spices/pantry staples, and abundant wine & beer glasses. We were very disappointed to find only 4 sets of plates and bowls in such a large property (we had to puchase paper plates as there were 5 of us). We would have like to have had a colander/strainer, a blender and a hairdryer. If you like TV, you'll love having 5 of them (bring your own subscriptions as there is no cable or over-the-air broadcast). If you like to read, you'll be disappointed to find no nightstands, end tables or lamps.
