Professionally decorated elevated beach house with hardwood floors throughout the main floor and light beige berber carpet throughout the second floor. This home is equipped with four (4) smart flat screen TV's and YouTubeTV is provided. TONS OF CHANNELS! One block back from the ocean makes for an easy walk to the beach and to all the IOP amenities.... restaurants, shopping, ice cream stands, bike rentals and Windjammer Club. The private salt water pool is equipped with lounge chairs and tables, pool floats, fenced pool area, outdoor hot shower, ping pong table, gas grill and more. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and has its own sitting room with sofa and TV. Portable pack and play available. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. PLEASE DOWNLOAD OUR RENTAL CONTRACT/AGREEMENT BEFORE BOOKING.

Summary: The house and location was exactly what we were looking for. Our family of seven was in town for a weddiing and decided to stay here instead of a hotel. We extended our stay to enjoy the beach for a few days. It was a great experience from the start to the end.
