Positive: The apartment was a good value for the price, but we visited off-season. There was very comfortable space for eight people to sleep. The views and the balcony spaces were lovely. The apartment was clean.
Negative: Coordination on the Saastal Pass could be improved. Visitors should contact the owner ahead of arrival to set that up, otherwise they may have to pay full price for gondolas, when it should be included with the rental. Our request for a baby crib was acknowledged in our booking confirmation, but none was provided when we arrived. We had to ask cleaning staff to obtain one. Thankfully someone was there working in the building who could help us with this when we arrived. Cooking in the kitchen for a family was challenging without reasonable knives and no cutting board and no normal frying pan. Providing a few coffee pods, some salt, pepper, sugar, a roll of paper towels, dish soap and some cooking oil would have been appreciated. Plan to bring or purchase basics like these. Also the coffee cups are small, no mugs are provided. XL size pods will overflow these cups. The under-counter refrigerator is very small, a family may need more freezer and refrigerated storage space.
