A clean and bright renovated home in north central Austin. Plenty of room for the entire family complete with kid-friendly amenities. Large backyard with outdoor sofa, BBQ grill, hammock, bistro lights, kitchen garden as well as two friendly chickens. The backyard has a playhouse, kids toys, outdoor sand box and plenty of space to play.
The home layout is great for families or couples with the large primary suite off the kitchen and two additional rooms on the other end of the house. Primary bedroom has reclining rocking chair great for nursing and a peloton with free weights. All bedrooms have blackout curtains and comfortable premium mattresses for a good nights’ sleep. Dedicated kid bedroom with Montessori floor bed, Nugget play couch, picture books and wooden toys (also has space for a crib). Kids bathroom in the hallway has a bathtub and toys. Two other bedrooms have walk-in rain head showers.
There is an office space off the kitchen as well as a desk nook in one of the bedrooms for remote working. Office can be used as a small kid room with travel travel crib if needed, and the two larger bedrooms have walk in closets with AC ventilation and spacious enough for a crib if needed for noise reduction and a darker space.
Well stocked-kitchen with high end stove, cooking utensils and pans, spices and pantry staples, JURA automatic espresso maker, French press and Chemex for pour over coffee. Also available are Stokke kids chairs (Tripp Trap and Steps), kitchen learning tower that folds down to kids table, kids dinnerware items, a Keekaroo changing pad, diaper pail and bath toys.
