Summary: Our hostess Denise made our stay very comfortable. She was very kind and responsive. The house is super cute. We loved the ducks in the backyard! The house came with a well equipped kitchen including pancake mix and maple syrup! It was quite roomy for our family including adult children. The furniture (beds, couches and easy chairs) were very comfortable. The house is located just moments from Ellsworth and an easy drive (30-40 mins) to many of our favorite coastal destinations including: Deer Isle, Stonington, Schoodic Point, Winter Harbor, and all of Mount Desert Island including Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. The house is charming and decorated nicely with beautiful original art. We all agreed we would gladly stay here again!
