Treat yourself and your family to a "SUPER CLEAN" UNIT and BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED private condo on the NO DRIVE BEACH located in the quiet family friendly popular boutique community of Colony Beach Club. This is not a high rise and you do not have crowded elevators to wait on.
Custom built kitchen, EXOTIC granite counters, stainless steel appliances, tumbled travertine back splashes, baths with granite counters, 20 in. Italian porcelain tile floors main areas W/ cherry laminate floors in bedrooms,
This is a BEACHSIDE/ OCEANFRONT COMPLEX meaning there are no streets to cross to get to the beach.
Allergy and kid friendly, we have NO CARPET, tiled in the main living areas, bathrooms and there's laminate in the bedrooms, wipe off leather reclining sofa, and all of our chairs are easy wash off micro fiber!
Living room has 50' in flat screen, leather sofa, Lazy boy recliner and two swivel chairs all washable microfiber.
Master bedroom has king size bed, and a 32 in. flat screen tv, laminate floors 2nd bedroom has queen bed & a 26in flat screen TV & laminate floors.
The condo is located in a charming boutique community. It is a unique low rise (2 story, not a high rise) complex. All balcony's face into a lovely grassy courtyard w/gas BAR B Q grills w/ a picnic table, umbrella and beautiful flowering, tropical plants. From the pool area and viewing decks you look out to the ocean. This is not a concrete jungle! We are located on the 2nd & (top floor). There are no elevators. We have what is called a direct 'limited' ocean view meaning you will have a limited view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room and dining rooms and balcony. Condo rents Sat to Sat.
