Newly constructed mountain retreat located on Mount Rose Hwy. Hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing trails right off property. Incredible scenic mountain views. Five minute drive to Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe, steps away from Tannenbaum Event Center, and 15 minutes to Reno and Incline Village. 2 Bed, 1 Bath with modern stylings. Perfect for a ski vacation getaway, for wedding guests, or a relaxing weekend in the mountains and at Lake Tahoe. This is a private guest house attached to the hosts residence, owners live on site and are accessible. The only bathroom is en suite to the primary bedroom and guests will have to enter the bedroom to access the bathroom.

Summary: Great location for us. We had great access to trails while not being too far from town. The attached ADU was nicely furnished and quite comfortable for me and my two kids. Owners were very hospitable. Bonus feature was having their dogs visit us each morning.
