Welcome to Fajardo Beach Chalet, a beachside community with Ocean Views! This incredible 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse with private entrance and parking has it all-Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and massive rooftop deck with ocean views. Located in a super serene immaculate beach community with 24/7 gated access, enjoy year round crystal clear Caribbean waters & white sand beaches. A short drive to El Yunque, San Juan, and a boat ride away from Vieques and Culebra!!
A great space for hosting family and friends, three separate levels of tastefully decorated and modern living allow everyone to enjoy Puerto Rican tranquility. Our oasis is located directly across from the beach, a 30 second walk from our front door to dipping your toes in the Caribbean. Tons of super cool local restaurants, bars, boating, fishing, biking, hiking and much more all nearby. We are a super quiet community, so please no rooftop parties. We are also a non-smoking (marijuana as well) non-pet friendly Airbnb so please enjoy both elsewhere.
Guests will be able to access our Airbnb upon entry from 4pm-10pm. Upon arrival, at our front gate, please give us a call and we will let you in. Once inside, our door is the 2nd on the right. Keys to the townhome and the community are available. We are very serious about our key and gate surplus fees and we will charge for their loss or displacement, so we recommend none of the keys leave the unit except to the gate.
Park directly in front or our Airbnb and in the single parking space in front of the garage. 2 cars maximum inside the complex. You can park more outside of the complex. DO NOT park in front of other residents units.
Please note: from June-November is storm season here in PR. During this time , internet, electrical, cell service and water outages (or low flow water or brownouts) may occur. Booking this Airbnb (and any Airbnb in PR) means you understand and are fully aware of this reality as we can not guarantee these amenities.
Guests are welcome to use whatever supplies are in the Airbnb (not in locked off areas). However, we recommend all guests stock up on any provisions they think important for themselves before or upon arrival. These may include water, candles (matches), flashlights, canned food, music and netflix or Amazon prime on cell phones and ipads. If there is an electrical, cell, or internet outage, do not expect us to answer immediately. We will reply as promptly as we can.
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll per kitchen, and 1 towel per person is provided.
*Regular pool, lawn, ac, and other maintenance is ongoing for our Airbnbs. Accordingly, we will require access to the property at times to complete these tasks to keep our properties up to par.
