This 3 bedroom property is perfect for those travelling for work or with older children. Set across 4 levels this stunning architecturally designed property captures views over Ballarat CBD.
Spacious living areas, theatre room, deck with views to Ballarat, plus 3 large bedrooms, one complete with an ensuite. Soak in the bath, sip wine on the deck or cook up a storm in the large kitchen. This property is conveniently located to Soveriegn Hill and also all that Ballarat has to offer.
Entering this property you can't help but be mesmerised bby the achitecture - the shapes, textures and light is simply breathtaking.
The main living level includes an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge room. A butlers cupboard also includes a full laundry with drying cupboard, washing machine and dryer. The lounge opens onto a deck with views to Ballarat CBD.
The master suite sits on the upper level with a ensuite with walk in shower, seperate toilet and massive walk in cupboard. The 2 bedrooms are positioned on a third level and include a Queen size bed and twin singles. A large bathroom with bath set for soaking, walk through shower and twin basins are stocked with Sukin toiletries. Also on this level is a desk area for you to work from.
The entrance level also has a theatre room, complete with comfy couches and a massive screen. Wifi is available at this property.
