Beautiful large, relaxing, well appointed executive 4 bedroom house.
Open plan dining and two lounge areas with a wood burner, opening out onto a covered outdoor private area.
Main bedroom with an en-suite has a king bed.
2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a queen bed in each bedroom.
4th bedroom 1 king single bed.
Double garage with a laundry in it.
There is a short stroll to a inner harbour small beach, about a 4 minute walk.
Also there is another beach in the canal just across the road from the house. Making it perfect for kayaking and safe for kids.
There is easy access to the water for boating and recreational activity and the Marsden Marina. The cafe in the Marina is a short walk away.
Ruakaka Shopping centre is approximately 4 kilometres away
