This stylish place to stay is perfect for young professionals and families looking for a peaceful and tranquil vacation home. First time sharing our beloved vacation home to all! This home features unobstructed water and mountain views and best of all you can enjoy it on our 800 SF deck equipped with many types of outdoor furniture! This home has all the modern amenities including air conditioning, built in speakers, wood burning fireplaces, and short walk to the beach.
The space
This is a luxury built home with all the modern amenities including wall oven, steam oven, induction stove, dishwasher and Italian built cabinetry and integrated appliances with a beautiful Dekton Stone countertop and backsplash. The home features built in speakers in the living room, dining room area , and balcony. The seamless 800 SF balcony ties into the home which provides tons of natural light year round. The home features a stuv wooden fireplace, hidden television entertainment area, window bench seat, and all furniture are from blu dot, King Furniture, and design within reach. There are white oak hardwood floors throughout with designer lighting. In the front yard, there is an outdoor firepit area and open parking for 3 or more cars. You will also have access to an attached garage. The home features 3 bedrooms (one King size bed with Endy Matresss), ( one queen bed with Endy Mattress) and third bedroom is a bunk bed (double bed on bottom and single on top with a roll out trundle bed too). The entire home is approximate 1,800 SF on two levels. The views are jaw dropping with the Mountains and water. This is a quiet area and from the balcony you will enjoy hearing the birds chirp and amazing evening star gazing!
