This turnkey farm is located in the heart of Wellington, just one farm away from bridle path to Palm Beach International Equestrian Center. The 6-bedroom, 1-story residence features an open floor plan, and includes a living room with a baby Grand piano, a family room, and a TV room with a Samsung The Frame TV. The split-bedroom design places the master suite apart from all other bedrooms. The outdoor area is ideal for entertaining, and includes a salt-water pool with gas heater. You can control remotely lighting and audio system, thermostat, and home access. The entrance to the 8-stall CBS barn is through King Terrace, a cul-de-sac that provides additional privacy. Off seasonal rate does not include the equestrian facilities. January rate is for residence only. Barn is not included at that rate.
Walk your horse to WEF show grounds from this 8-stall barn, located in a secluded, and private cul-de-sac. It features 8 12x12 matted stalls with fly spray system, fans, tack room, feed room, nicely furnished and clean lounge room with full bathroom, washer and dryer, 4 paddocks and an ESI ring with excellent footing and drainage. A tractor to drag the ring and a full set of jumps are available for the next tenant's use.

Summary: This home is absolutely amazing and looks exactly like the pictures... even better if possible! We filled every bedroom with our group from Texas in Wellington to compete at WEF and never once felt crowded. The bedroom layout is perfect for groups and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone as well. The house is well appointed, the grounds are beautiful and Francis is a gracious and accommodating host. She was prompt in answering any questions before and during our stay. The location is perfect for access to the horse park (our girls rode their dirt bikes to and from the house to the horse park most days) and it's also very close to Wellington proper. We will absolutely plan to stay here again if the opportunity affords itself!
