Positive: Brand new amenities. Super comfortable rooms. Each space is beautifully designed. The family pool is great. Staff were absolutely adorable with us and so welcoming everywhere: pool staff, restaurant staff, welcome team…Absolutely Delicious food. We loved having a dedicated “guia” taking care of us; Itza was super professional and friendly. She would help us having our kids food pre-ordered and ready for them at diner time.
Negative: Our room was on the ground floor opposite the lift and a back of house/storage room. Each morning at 6am the cleaning team was accessing this room and talking very loudly.
Summary: This is a great family friendly luxury hotel. We loved our stay and would love to go back.
