Summary: The staff were very helpful although there was confusion regarding breakfast. Upon check in we were told it was included. But when we went to the restaurant the next morning we were told it wasn’t. When we asked the lady on the front desk (who told us it was included on check in) her response was pretty frosty and unhelpful. Perhaps it was a language issue. But just a little embarrassing as we were made to feel uncomfortable in the middle of restaurant and front desk while trying to sort out the confusion.
