Positive: Spacious 2 level apartment within secure compound of 5 other apartments/houses. Large balcony with table and chairs to eat outdoors if hot. Kitchen adequate facilities to cook a meal. Quiet neighbourhood felt safe
Negative: Privacy curtains/blinds required for all of upstairs bedroom, people can see into bedroom from outside especially at night if lights are on. Another TV upstairs in bedroom would be a good idea also, especially when sofa bed is being used downstairs in living room area then everyone has to sit or lay on the sofa bed to watch TV which is not convenient if you are not a couple and is more than 2 guest sharing because no privacy downstairs if someone wants to sleep instead of watching the TV. Some plug sockets upstairs bedroom was not fixed to wall safely and electric wires was exposed can be dangerous so needs fixing as soon as possible.
