This stunning two-story end unit townhome in the LUXURY resort community of Solterra/near Champions Gate, is full of style, comfort, and fun! Enjoy a spacious modern kitchen, arcade games, cool evenings under the screened and covered Lanai, lounging poolside, & outdoor grilling/dining. Convenient cabana bath poolside. The Solterra clubhouse boasts of an expansive resort pool w/negative entry & slide, lazy river, hot tub, bar, gym, tennis, volleyball, and playground in a 24-hr manned/gated community!
Enjoy accommodations for 12 guests during a long term, or short term stay, with completely level access and parking. With nature/conservation views from backyard patio and pool, this home is a true Floridian gem!
Bedrooms: AmMo Vacation Villa accommodates 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen bed, the second bedroom has a King bed, the third bedroom has a King bed, the fourth bedroom has a Kind bed, and the fifth bedroom has 2 Twin beds. This home has 5 full bathrooms and one half-bathroom, located poolside. The first bedroom and guest bathroom are located on the first floor. Remaining bedrooms are all located on the second floor.
Amenities: Heated pool, Retro Arcades, TV in each room, 3 master suites with attached bathroom, central heat, air conditioning, gas BBQ (propane provided), washer, dryer, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Linens and towels are included.
Please Note: Level driveway and lot. Maximum 15 guests. Dogs not permitted. No smoking, no check-ins on Easter Sunday or Christmas Day.
