Situated on 5 acres, there is plenty of room to relax and make the most of your time away. Alternatively, a short 5-minute drive delivers you to the bustle of Victor Harbor where you can stock up on necessities, indulge in a little shopping and discover all the area has to offer.
The Space:
The large lounge room with TV and uninterrupted views of Victor Harbor and surrounds leads through to the bright spacious entertainer’s kitchen with electric cooking, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, pantry and wall mounted TV. Adjacent is the large dining area complete with wood combustion heater that overlooks the outdoor in-ground swimming pool and the landscape beyond.
Bedroom one consists of a queen bed, built in robe, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom that includes a vanity, walk in shower and toilet.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, built in robe and ceiling fan.
Bedroom three includes a queen bed, built in robe and ceiling fan.
Bedroom four has a double bed and ceiling fan.
