Summary: We enjoyed our stay and the condo was lovely. The passcode we were given to enter the gates of premises did not work, we always got invalid entry, must use key. This happened every time we arrived and had to find the security officer to let us in. The elevator was broke a couple of days after we arrived and was never fully repaired for the rest of the stay We did check with the resort, and they said they were waiting on a part. No sign was ever posted that it was out of order. Being on the 4th floor, we climbed a lot of stairs. We looked at it as an extra work out, but may have been very difficult for anyone who who was elder or had a disability. We would stay here again as the location is fantastic and we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you!!
