Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: A traditional place with a wonderful family offering great service and wonderful Japanese hospitality. We enjoyed the extras that they offered, which was the origami and traditional Japanese writing, and the experience to go to the temple was memorable. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming which made our time there special. The services and staff were exceptional, the best.

Negative: It's a traditional Japanese hotel, its unique style and facilities are dated but very clean. It's like going back in time which we thoroughly enjoyed, for some it might be too retro.

Summary: Exceptional.
