Positive: The location of this property was brilliant, it was a spacious apartment that is well equipped in a lovely area. Well connected by transport links into Lisbon and also to the coast.
Negative: I had no positive interaction with the host who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The check in instructions provided were not clear and the online form not working when we arrived at the property, leaving us stood in the street with an 8 month old baby in 38 degrees. The hosts response to me asking for help was “read the instructions” / “you just need to read” / “the instructions are clear” rather than listening to the problem and assisting us.
