Beautiful pristine home located on private side of Lake Anna in quiet cove for swimming and floating. 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Home has tall ceilings and open concept throughout, kitchen is stocked with all the cooking utensils you may need for fun family dinners in the adjoining dining room or out on the open lower level patio. Full length screened in porch overlooking the water for morning coffee or late evening drinks. Lower level has ping pong table and open family space. Big beautiful boat house with 1 covered slip for your use and sunning decks. Outside fire pit to enjoy the crisp nights and s'mores. Sandy Beach and 120' of waterfront. Easy walk out to the water. House is close to common area for easy boat launch. Two kayaks and life vests available for your enjoyment. Check in Saturday-Check out Saturday at 10 am
