Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Tip Top. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and professionally managed. Everything felt tidy and in good condition. The staff was particularly noteworthy — very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We felt genuinely welcome throughout our stay.

Negative: The Guest Relationship Management was a bit disappointing. While the team was clearly making an effort, they were unfortunately not very helpful when it came to clarifying questions. We were especially irritated by the procedure at breakfast. Every time we ordered coffee, the waiter asked for our room number. Since we had booked half-board, we assumed that hot drinks were not included. This led to unnecessary confusion and a slightly uncomfortable feeling. Only at the end of our stay did we learn that coffee was in fact included in the half-board arrangement. When we asked for clarification, we only received vague and evasive answers (“bla bla bla”), which left us rather unsatisfied.
