Positive: Really nice room. Great size. Clean and attractive. Very comfortable. Central.
Negative: Bathmat needed! So many codes to get in after 10pm is stress-inducing. Bathroom door hanging, insecure and no way of locking. Heating not controllable.
Summary: Really nice place. Would stay again.
