Positive: Great apartment with literally everything needed for both short term as well as longer and still comfortable stay for a whole family. It is spacious, well-equipped, modern and impeccably clean. We were staying with our 1.5 year old daughter and despite the fact that there was no separate cot available, thanks to king size bed, there were no inconveniences at all. Another plus was a possibility to regulate temperature in the apartment, in each room separately. Though even with no heating on, it was pretty warm. Location turned out to be not an obvious plus for us - tram stop was just in front of the building and it took only 20-25 minutes with a direct tram to every possible attraction. And despite the fact that trams were literally coming and going a few meters away from the apartment building with the windows facing the road, it was almost 0 noise inside with the windows closed. Public (though paid) parking was available just in front of the building. However, it was also possible to find free alternatives in the neighbourhood.
Negative: Everything was perfect!
