DESCRIPTION
The elegant and prestigious villa is spread over a large area of approximately 180 square meters distributed on two levels connected by a comfortable illuminated staircase. Access to the property is via a private driveway with two private parking spaces. The entrance that directly overlooks the large living area furnished with modern taste.
From every room on the ground floor it is possible to access the outside and enjoy the garden, the porch equipped with barbecue and an external outbuilding equipped with Finnish sauna and heated whirlpool.
On the ground floor we find the kitchen with central island, perfectly equipped (oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine and kitchen utensils), the living room furnished with a sofa and table for 6 - 8 people, 50 inch TV, satellite dish for German channels, SKY TV (only for the winter period), a bathroom with shower, the second shower to the support of the swimming pool, disengagement-laundry, equipped with the washing machine.
From the living room we find the staircase that leads to the first floor where we find three bedrooms (two rooms with a double bed and one with a double and a single bed), a wardrobe room with mirrors, a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a shower. The bedrooms are air-conditioned starting from June 2018. On request two cots are available for children up to two years of age and a high chair.
From this floor the staircase leads to the huge terrace with a panoramic lake view (from Sirmione to Isola del Garda).

The Elena villa has been recently renovated.
Elegant finishes: new fixtures, mosquito nets, new hydro-thermo-sanitary and electrical systems; suspended sanitary ware.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The villa has an exclusive garden of about 1000 square meters with private pool, solarium and a nice spa with Finnish sauna and heated Jacuzzi
Beyond this the large porch offers the possibility of living the house externally during much of the year.
The fully fenced garden is suitable to host in full security and free even the four-legged guests, who can easily attend the nearby beach of the Romantica also in the area dedicated to them.
