Please read the house rules before booking. This property located on a quiet residential street and there is a zero tolerance policy for noise violations, parties or events of any kind. If these rules are violated it will result in immediate eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required.
My garden is currently undergoing a rejuvenation treatment, which means my hired gardener will be visiting the property at each month. We will try to schedule him in between guests, although there is a possibility that he visits while you're there. The gardener will only be outside the home, but he will make himself aware to you as a guest so you're not surprised at his appearance and he won't take longer than 20 mins at each visit.
Fireplace in the study can't be used, it is not attached to a chimney. It is decorative only.
