This wonderful townhouse, located in Valdelagrana, welcomes 8 guests.
If you fancy exploring the south of Spain, this is the ideal accommodation for you. In the communal gardens of the complex you will find two tennis courts, but the undisputed star of the show is the large shared chlorine pool, which measures 32 x 25 m and has a depth range of between 1 and 3 m. The little ones will also be able to cool off while having fun and splashing around in the children's pool. Once on the property, the fantastic furnished terrace offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink and a long evening with your companions. Please note that the house has direct neighbours, which means that privacy is partial.
The interior of the house, divided into two floors and tastefully decorated, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find a spacious and bright living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV, as well as an independent kitchen with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. On the same floor there is a toilet. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A staircase leads to the four bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and AC, while the third bedroom has two single beds and AC. The last bedroom has a bunk bed and fan. On this floor there are two bathrooms with shower, one of which is also en suite. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair.
The accommodation is located in the urbanization of Valdelagrana, an area with a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, perfect to spend a few days of rest and enjoy the beaches and nature in a privileged environment. It is also very close to Puerto de Santa María, where you will find all the services you need to enjoy an independent stay, as well as historical monuments and numerous restaurants and wine cellars where you can enjoy the local gastronomy. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, in less than 10 minutes you will reach the beach of Valdelagrana, a 3-kilometre long sandy beach characterised by its calm and shallow waters, which makes it perfect for children.
The tennis court is open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. If you wish to play, you must ask the caretaker of the urbanisation for a court.
The swimming pool is open from June to September from 11:00 to 20:00.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
