This is a lovely warm and welcoming apartment in a quiet residential area of Edinburgh. It is the ideal place for experiencing the real Edinburgh while still being very near the city centre. Family group, group of friends, business travellers and children have all enjoyed staying at our apartment. It is very child friendly & if required we can provide a baby's travel cot at no extra cost.
This modern apartment offers smart, tasteful design with colourful finishes. The lounge has a seating area and a flat-screen TV, while kitchen facilities include a washing machine, microwave, fridge, oven and a hob. Free WiFi is also available.

Summary: Wrong location for Edinburgh rental This flat is clean and tidy but cheaply furnished and certainly not a flat for 8 people as advertised , it’s a two bed flat for 4/5 max , but this is not somewhere you would expect an upmarket flat to be honest as it’s in the middle of one of Edinburgh’s downmarket council areas in an old council block , the Neibourghs who we encountered where certainly not ones I would like to meet again for sure and I would not recommend walking around the area at closing time of the local pubs which certainly don’t have a great reputation . To be fair to the flat it was what it said in the description but if I had checked the location properly online I would certainly not have booked this flat , we where 7 guys and got our head down for the night but would not recommend this for a holiday flat to anyone visiting Edinburgh £12 taxi to centre .
