There is a bus stop almost outside the door and Cardiff East Park & Ride is a minute away, this service runs every 15 minutes and aided by the designated bus/taxi lanes will whisk you into the City Centre in 15 to 20 minutes at a fraction of the cost of parking in town. The house benefits from 2 designated car parking spaces at the rear and free street parking to the front, there is a nearby OneStop store and Post Office for essentials and also Waitrose, Lidl and Aldi stores a short drive away. The rear garden is mainly decked and provides access for those guests using the rear car park spaces and has a motion sensor light for after dark arrivals.
