Our home is a freshly remodeled craftsman with all the original character preserved and all the modern amenities you would hope for. The home was deeply remodeled in 2000 and then recently updated in 2016. Our kitchen and bathrooms are completely refreshed. Each bedroom boasts a brand new king size bed you will sink into. Our porches are welcoming and the yard is spacious making plenty of room for entertainment. We manage this listing from a distance but we have local housekeepers and a handyman to help us make your experience as enjoyable as possible. We will be available to you whenever you need us but never when you don't.

We are located just one city block from the public bus stop. The bus stop is in front of the Right-Aid on the corner of Gallatin and W. Eastland Ave. We are also a mere 7 minute UBER ride from downtown's most hot spots. We encourage you to enjoy short walks or bike rides to most of the attractions on the lists above.

Summary: The house from the outside looks abandoned. Landscaping is terrible. Porch light doesn’t work. I take into account it’s an old house but only the front windows have curtains for them. The showers go from ice cold to scorching hot so that needs to be addressed. My friend found a fake eyelash and dirty tissues on the floor. Lots of cobwebs on the windows. We pay a lot to stay at a nice place and the pictures that were on the site were very deceiving. I do not recommend staying here unless they put some money into making this place feel safe.
