Upstairs features a light filled kitchen and living area, as well as the master bedroom that open up onto a spacious timber deck. With a northerly facing aspect and windows facing the bay, the entire upstairs living area is flooded with natural light. Featuring an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, the master bedroom has ample room to have a well-earned rest after a long day exploring the surrounding beaches and walking trails.
Downstairs has a further 2 bedrooms, both with a queen bed. There are and extra 2 single beds in a half-walled area for the kids or overflow sleeping. (Please note there is not a door on this room, it is separated from the loungeroom by a half wall and kitchenette). The recommended combinations for the maximum number of guests is 4 adults and 4 children, or 6 adults and 2 children. There is also a kitchenette with sink to keep the downstairs guests well fed and topped up with a cuppa in the morning. The huge main deck is accessed via the downstairs living area, perfect for summer BBQs, afternoon drinks and spotting frolicking whales in the bay.
Reverse cycle air conditioning provides comfort all year round both upstairs and down, and the kitchen is equipped with a Lavazza coffee machine for your morning brew. With a TV and DVD player combination on both levels, the adults and kids can happily watch their own programs, whilst the 2 decks allow for other family members to relax with a book or just enjoy the spectacular views of the bay.
Although the property is pet friendly, please note there is no fenced area.
