Negative: Could have needed a better clean (for that price I would have expected everything spotless)- but was OK. Steep stairs going to bedrooms upstairs- dangerous (but rubber stoppers on small steps(!) existing) Not fully fenced- 1part (towards dead end road) is only a hedge where small dogs could slip through), Still 700m+ to dunes/beach
