With spectacular space in abundance and a newly built, solar heated pool & spa, our beautiful home in Torquay's Sands resort will be a luxurious getaway. Families can spread out and relax in our large home, with two main living spaces, a stunning daybed nook looking out into the Bali inspired garden, spacious kitchen, dining & outdoor al fresco area & garden to enjoy! This place has everything you need for a blissful, rejuvenating, and enjoyable stay.
Open plan kitchen and dining with bi-fold doors that open fully onto the large alfresco with BBQ, creating an open flow. The alfresco has a dining area and a super comfy swing chair and couch to relax in by the pool. This outdoor space can be enclosed and heated for those fresher evenings. The alfresco leads to the large, solar heated pool and spa, surrounded with a large 2-person daybed to lounge in and another 2-seater couch, both with shelter.
If it’s a chilly evening, you have the gas log fire downstairs to keep you warm and create a cosy and relaxing ambience. Under the stairs and just off the main living area, you’ll find a comfy daybed looking out to the garden and water feature that makes you feel instantly calm and serene; a lovely spot to hide away to relax and or read a book. Upstairs is another living space, 3 bathrooms and all 3 bedrooms. We have a luxurious bathtub that’s inviting to those wishing to unwind and relax in…and or the kiddies to enjoy!

Room 4: An office downstairs with a sofa bed - BYO linen for the sofa bed
Please note there is aircon upstairs – and also free-standing fans
Maximum of 9 people on the premises at any time (the home sleeps 8)
*The spa jets don’t work - so it’s a spa bath
*There are no free to air TV – just internet apps – Netflix, etc – but channels 9, 10, etc can be watched via the apps also.
There is a sauna at the home that will be locked - due to previous damage.
I will be available via the Airbnb app and phone, not in person.
Located in The Sands resort the neighbourhood is quiet & peaceful and close to the beach, golf course and a short drive to the town centre.
We have an Adesso Espresso pod coffee machine, some pods will be supplied but if you wish to bring extra it is compatible with Nespresso & Vittoria pods (available to Woolworths & Coles).
POOL & SPA HEATING
Please note that the pool is solar heated - so in winter time / cooler months the pool will not feel as warm; it will reflect the temperature of the daily temperature outside. In winter the spa will be on and warm, running 4 hours only in the day – 2 hours from 11am – 1pm and from 5pm – 7pm daily.
Please note that the spa is heated for two hours a day in the summertime 4pm-6pm only, there is no way to override this manually. If you’d prefer the two hours daily run at a different time slot, please request and we can accommodate for your stay.
No bucks, hens, parties, events, schoolies or groups under the age of 25 (unless accompanied by older family members). No loud noise.
