3 Bedroom House in Drysdale

Brand new double story townhouse. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms all with queen beds. Main bedroom has large walk in wardrobe and ensuite and TV. Second two bedrooms have built in robes, main bathroom including bath and shower, separate toilet, also upstairs lounge area with TV. Ducted gas heating, air conditioner downstairs, ceiling fans in each bedroom
Downstairs has main entry into large living/dining and kitchen, powder room and full laundry with washer and dryer. Kitchen has gas cooktop and electric oven, dishwasher, large walk in pantry, island bench looking onto large 8 seater dining table and lounge area with smart TV. Outdoor courtyard with 8 seater outdoor setting and gas bbq and clothesline. Double garage.
Bedding for 6 people (3 queens) sheets and towels provided for stays 3 nights or longer, unless arrangements made prior
doonas and pillows are on beds, also available on request is single mattress and portable cot (subject to availability)
Walking distance to Hotel, cafes, take away and supermarkets, including Safeway, Coles and Aldi. Chemists, bakery, banks all within walking distance (2-5 mins)
5 mins drive to local swimming beach and boatramp.
