Welcome to our 3 BEDROOM / 3.5 BATH HOME in Wedgwood Houston! The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire home with a custom living room stone wall, wood wall in the master & our wonderfully designed FLOATING queen bunk bed! This beautiful home sleeps large groups comfortably & has a very COZY VIBE! It is perfect for couples & groups coming to Music City!
* HeiarLivin has OVER 10 properties in the downtown area! We have 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom & 4 bedroom condos, as well as 3 bedroom & 4 bedroom homes that sleep large groups! If you have over 10 guests just let us know & we'll be happy to send you more details of our listings to accommodate your group! We like to book 3 nights on the wkds but just message us & we'll try to work with you!
MAIN FLOOR:
The kitchen is open to the dining & living room making it feel very warm & cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new appliances & the essentials to cook a meal. There is a cozy little balcony off the living room with couch seating & tiki lighting to relax & overlook the front yard. Off the living room is a daybed with 2 twin beds for extra sleeping.

The home will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathrooms, as well as extra blankets & pillows around the home. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

Summary: We really enjoyed this location, especially since we were in town from some Nashville SC action. You can literally see the Stadium from the kitchen! Really big townhouse, clean, modern, great for families or a group of friends. But what really made this special was the service we received. We had booked another place and they cancelled at the last minute. The owners of this rental responded so quickly, really saving our Nashville trip! Thank you Lacey, you rock!
