Summary: The hotel and staff were great. Everything was so clean and well looked after. We really enjoyed our holiday, however after 1 week our holiday was then disrupted daily for wedding's (one per day for our 2nd week) where the main infinity pool would be blocked off all day despite the wedding's not starting until 6pm. Even worse than this was a massive event (which we were told was for the travel sales staff of hyatt) which completely took over the hotel; both the infinity and kids pool was taken over by walkeays being constructed across them. The beach wasnt accessible to guests, some restaurants closed plus on one day there was a pool party with a DJ, with food and drink stalls in the pool area. The BBQ smoke blew across the kids pool, the DJ was horribly loud, as guests we were told we couldnt walk through or make use of anything on offer. None of this we were given prior warning of either, or an apology or compensation, soo disappointed as This really did ruin the end of our holiday.
