Summary: It's hard to find a good hotel in Mumbai. Jewelry and a debit card went missing from the room, which could happen at any hotel unfortunately. But on top of that we were double charged for one of the nights and they are not getting back to my request to address this. The hotel itself was clean which was great and the breakfast was good. I just wish the customer service was better. And always use the safe-wherever you stay!
