Welcome to the renovated County Niche in downtown Picton - the heart of Prince Edward County.
This sunny bungalow is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Work remotely with high speed internet and dedicated work spaces.
Cook and dine in the new kitchen or the BBQ deck.
Lounge on the front and back decks.
Enjoy a fire in the spacious yard.
Play with your pup in the enclosed small area off the back deck.
Great for families or a small group of friends.
Enter through the new mudroom where you can hang up your beach gear.
A couple of steps up and you will find a brand new powder room and living room with a walk out to the front deck where you can lounge and even access a built in storage shed.
Off of the living room is a full bath and the three bedrooms.
Use the desks in the bedrooms to create your home office.
The living room also leads to a dining area and brand new kitchen with peninsula that works great for dining or work.
The 4 season sunroom is also a great place to lounge or work with its lift coffee table and leads to a lounging deck with steps to the spacious backyard and fit pit or a dining/BBQ deck that has steps to a small enclosed where you can safely play with your dog.
There is also a lower level rec room with games, a wet bar, another lounging area with TV and another full bath.
Both levels have beverage fridges to store your county stash.
If you are arriving in an EV – use the NEMA 6-50 or 14-50 , outlets to plug in your own charger.
A Sandbanks Provinicial Park Pass is included with your stay.
