The cottage is located up the hill behind the gray house). Just a 5-minute leisurely stroll to the harbor, restaurants, and shops, the cottage has high ceilings and a comfortable bed. There are 2 Adirondack chairs in front of the house with an amazing view of historic Oak Street. There is also a small patio area with a bistro table and grill. There is only 1 parking space.

Summary: We had fabulous 4 days in Boothbay , visiting beautiful Penaquid , Southport Island, boat cruise, morning coffee near the water, and delicious food at Waves. Fun to look in different shops too. Bed was comfortable, nice readinbathroom was clean but right in bedroom with curtain but no door. That was a negative. Driveway was very steep for climbing and awkward parking space for unloading which was a challenge for 70 yr olds. Good kitchen area and sunny living room. Rivate and semi detached.
