Beautiful Unit 306B welcomes you with a bright nautical living area and an incredible bay front view. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals or mixing your favorite relaxing beverage to watch the boat traffic from the private balcony. You can also watch boats come and go while splashing in or lounging by the bayside pool. The king master bedroom offers a private walk-in shower bathroom. The kiddos will enjoy the multiple sleeping options in the 2nd bedroom as well as the additional tub and shower bathroom right outside the door. Park the car ... it's all right here!
