Positive: They messaged me to move me from Hotel Katsuragi to the sister hotel "Hanayuzuki" across the street. I almost cancelled, but i must say, I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very kind. Breakfast was very good. Located a short walk from Dogo Onsen.
Negative: The facility is very dated, albeit charming.
